PAYMENT OPTIONS:

All of our payments are secured by PayPal. You are advised to use your paypal account, but in case you do not have one you may still purchase your items using your Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express.

Residents of Puerto Rico can use ATH Movil to make payments if they like. In order to place your order please give us a call at (305) 810-4409 so we can better assist you.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:

Exchange only policy. We will gladly exchange the size or style only if it is returned within 7 days of the delivery date (Date Post Marked). A Return Authorization Form will be needed for every return. Please fill out the form completely and enclose it with the returned items. Indicate the new style desired, size and color.

In order to exchange items, all items must have the original tags attached as well as the hygienic liners. Due to federal health regulations, items that are soiled, worn, laundered or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned at the customers’ expense. All return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility and will be charged to their credit card. Once we receive the items, we will determine if the item is in its original condition.

SALE ITEMS:

Sale items are final and there are no returns, exchanges or exceptions.

INTERNATIONAL SALES:

All international sales are final and there are no returns, exchanges or exceptions. Kokí Swimwear is not responsible for any taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. It will be the solely the customers responsibility to investigate the associated charges prior to purchase.

CUSTOM ORDER:

Custom orders are final sale and there are no returns, exchanges or exceptions. These orders will be charged at the time your order is placed. We will contact you with the estimated delivery date provided by the designer herself. This date is not a guaranteed; however we will try our best to uphold the date. It is possible that circumstances beyond our control may cause a change in the stated delivery date.

DAMAGES:

In the unlikely event that you should receive a damaged or defective item, we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item at no additional charge to you. All defective or damaged items must be notified with 48 hours of delivery and returned within 5 days of delivery date (Date Post Marked) along with the Return Authorization Form. No claim will be accepted after 48hrs.

OUT OF STOCK:

While we do our best to keep our website up to date with in stock items, there may be time when an item you order may be no longer available; in this case we will notify you with alternate options.

SHIPPING:

All USA orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with confirmation. International orders will be shipped by regular USPS.

Items will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days after receiving your order and will take anywhere from 7 to 10 business days to arrive for priority mail, except if you want your item express mail.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

All of our swimwear is hand made to high quality standards. Kokí Swimwear should be treated as delicate garments in order to preserve the quality and its appearance.

WASH INSTRUCTIONS:

Hand wash in cold water. Do not bleach. Line dry away from direct sunlight. Do not wring or wrap your swimsuit in a towel. Be aware of hard and rough surfaces that could damage your swimsuit. Exposure to chlorine and or heat can shorten the life of your swimsuit fabric and hardware. These conditions can ruin your swimsuit and is not considered a manufacturers' defect.
